On 21 March, DSi will host the 14th World Down Syndrome Day Conference at the United Nations headquarters in New York. Self-advocates and other experts will speak up about support systems and what needs to be improved.
They will ask leaders to make changes so people with Down syndrome and other disabilities are included in the community.

To park as close as possible to the event, the best location is in the Blue Parking Garage between Neiman Marcus and Macy’s, then enter the mall at the Tory Burch mall entrance. Go straight a few yards from the entrance, turn right and keep going straight to the escalator. That's where the event will take place.
This activity, not being organized but proudly supported by Alexander's Angels, is very dear to our hearts, and we encourage you to attend.

Everyone will walk the red carpet upon arrival, and take pictures in front of our "step-and-repeat" Sign Man backdrop, so be ready!
