The event included the symposium Why is Down Syndrome
Research Important?; a Reception; and the Benefit Dance Performance Let The Angels In by NuBella Productions
Why is Down Syndrome Research Important?
The answer to this question was uncovered at the thought provoking symposium held at the Concert
Hall. The symposium covered topics of interest not only to the Down syndrome community but also to the community-at-large.

Reception on the Second Floor Atrium included a
light fare and the continued discussion of the topics presented at the symposium.
Funds raised by this event supported Down syndrome research.
Let the Angels In, Juliet Dolan's second benefit dance performance on behalf of the Down syndrome
community at the Dance Theater, was the first for Juliet's own dance company, NuBella Productions.
