WORLD DOWN SYNDROME DAY DONATIONS

Since 2010 Alexander's Angels has donated the proceeds of the World Down Syndrome Day fundraisers to Down syndrome research.  As a result of this year's event we donated:
  • $8,500 to LuMind RDS Foundation to support Down syndrome cognition research
  • $4,500 to Rockefeller University in support of Dr. Xiao-Fei Kong's genetic and immunological study of the pathogenesis of Down syndrome

DONATIONS SINCE 2007

Alexander's Angels is an All-Volunteer Organization.  In addition to funding the annual Buddy Walk® and World Down Syndrome Day Celebration, it supports its own DOWNrightART project, and the symposium The Up of Down: An Insight Into the World of Down Syndrome.

Alexander's Angels has shared $500,038 since 2007. Click here to download file.
